Is the university recognized/approved by UGC ?

Motherhood University, Roorkee established under Uttarakhand Govt. Act 5, 2015 is duly recognized and approved by UGC. CLICK HERE to see statute and letter frm UGC.

Are technical programs approved by AICTE ?

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is the statutory Body of the Government of India whose jurisdiction for granting approval is only for technical institutions which are affiliated to a University. Universities are out of its purview for grant of approval. As Motherhood University, Roorkee Act has been enacted by State Legislature of Uttarakhand Government, it is a legitimate University of this country established as per Section 2(f) of the UGC Act (1956) and, therefore, does not require AICTE approval.
